日本におけるメンタリング
日本の教会全体において、メンタリングは不足しています。メンタリングとは何でしょうか？ どのように機能するのでしょうか？ なぜ日本に必要なのでしょうか？
マーティ・ウッズは17歳のときから50年以上にわたりメンタリングに携わってきました。2年前に『A Willing Spirit』の英語版を出版し、この書籍は2023年にオーストラリアの Eternity 誌により「その年の注目すべきクリスチャン書籍」の一つに選ばれました。その後、ポーランド語、インドネシア語（バハサ）、そして今回日本語に翻訳されました。
現在マーティは30人以上の日本人男性をメンタリングしており、そのうち数名が自らの成長や使命にどのように影響したかを証しします。またマーティ自身も、日本において信者・未信者双方の男性にどのように携わっているのか、そこで学び続けていることを分かち合います。
8月に東京で行った『A Willing Spirit（日本語版）』の新作発表会が大成功に終わったことを受けて、
12月12日-13日に大阪エリア（西宮）にて、再び出版記念イベントとメンタリングセミナーを開催いたします。当日は著者の マーティー 本人が参加します。

Mentoring in Japan
Mentoring is lacking across the churches in Japan. What exactly is mentoring? How does it work? Why is it needed in Japan?
Marty Woods has been involved in mentoring for more than 50 years, starting when he was just 17. Two years ago, he published the English edition of A Willing Spirit, which was selected by Australia’s Eternity magazine in 2023 as one of the “Notable Christian Books of the Year.” Since then, it has been translated into Polish, Indonesian (Bahasa), and now Japanese.
Marty is currently mentoring over 30 Japanese men, and several of them will share testimonies of how this has impacted their growth and calling. Marty himself will also share what he continues to learn as he walks with both believers and non-believers in Japan.
Following the great success of the Tokyo launch event for the Japanese edition of A Willing Spirit held in August, we are pleased to announce that a second book launch and mentoring seminar will be held in the Osaka area (Nishinomiya) on 12–13 December. The author, Marty, will be present.
All attendees will receive one free copy of the Japanese edition (additional copies can be purchased at a discounted price).
