Prayer to Welcome the Presence and Work of the Holy Spirit
Jesus, you said, our Heavenly Father would not hesitate to give the Holy Spirit to those who asked Him. (Luke 11:13)
You also said that where two or three people gathered in your name, you would be there also. (Matthew 18:20)
Lord, we gather here in your name and believe that you are with us by your Holy Spirit.
Holy Spirit, please guide us and work amongst us during our time together, to help us encourage and strengthen one another.
Prayer For Sickness
Be sensitive when praying for people. Ask these simple questions:
• Does the person want prayer? Don’t force prayer on someone who doesn’t want it.
• Are you motivated by love when you pray for them?
• Check if you see any physical change after prayer (pain, discomfort etc.)
• Even if you don’t see any change, thank God and keep praying!
• Don’t blame or try to find reasons for no breakthrough. Keep standing with people to see healing and freedom.
• Encourage people to ask God if there is anything blocking a healing, and obey for themselves.
Holy Spirit, we welcome you and thank you for your presence.
Jesus, on the cross, you defeated all sin, sickness and evil, giving us complete victory and liberation from bondage.
We now declare the (healing, deliverance, victory) of the cross, on ________’s (condition).
Be healed in Jesus’ name, according to the will of God, as it is in Heaven.
All (pain, anxiety, headache, sleeplessness etc.) leave now, in the Name of Jesus.
We bind all the work of evil spirits in the name of Jesus Christ. Any evil spirits working behind these symptoms, we cut off in the name of Jesus.
We proclaim the love, joy and peace of Jesus. We receive perfect healing and perfection, and recovery in the name of Jesus.
Sending Prayer
Jesus said: “As I have been sent by the Father, so too I send you” (John 20:21)
He also said: “All authority has been given to me. Therefore, go…” (Matthew 28:20)
Thank-you that we are appointed and sent in the authority of Jesus Christ to bring His love and Kingdom wherever we go.

Prayer of Confession of Sin
Quieten your thoughts and let the Holy Spirit search your heart;
renounce any sin or failure that God shows you.

“If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just, and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.” (1 John 1:9)
