With this deeper understanding of what it means to be a New Creation, if you feel led, re-visit these questions from Day 4:
As you feel led, pray through each truth to replace the lies that He shows you.
Maintaining what He has done in us.
Years ago, God had replaced lies like these with the truth. One weekend not long ago, I found myself agreeing with what the enemy said about me and felt that old, familiar shroud of self-hatred cover over me for a few days. I told my sister in Christ that I think I opened up an old door to a pattern of thinking, and asked her to pray with me. I forgave the people involved in the situation through which I opened that door to the enemy. I repented for the various lies I had been believing over the past few days. I asked the Holy Spirit to show me the truth. I felt a burst of light from Heaven shining down on me, and at that moment that heavy dark feeling was chased away. I want to live in the light, as He is in the light! Next time I don't want to stay in that darkness for even a moment, but rather when I am tempted to believe something from the enemy, I want to immediately reject it and draw near to God. Everyday.
But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus, his Son, purifies us from all sin. 1 John 1:7
When we live in the light, there is nothing in us to make us stumble. 1 John 2:10
